7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your subscription for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within the first 7 days of your initial purchase.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email our support team at support@aitohumanizer.com from the email address associated with your account.
  2. Include your Paddle order receipt or transaction ID (this helps us process the refund faster).
  3. (Optional) Let us know why it wasn't a fit—we always appreciate feedback!

Exceptions & Non-Refundable Scenarios

While we aim to be as accommodating as possible, refunds cannot be granted in the following scenarios:

  • Beyond 7 Days: Refund requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase date will not be honored.
  • Subscription Renewals: The 7-day guarantee applies to your initial purchase. We do not offer refunds on automatic subscription renewals. You can cancel your subscription at any time before the renewal date via your dashboard.
  • Excessive Usage: If you have completely exhausted your monthly word quota within the first 7 days, we reserve the right to decline the refund request to prevent abuse of the system.

Processing Time

Once a refund is approved and processed on our end via Paddle, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days for the funds to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
